Damage Proof: If you have received a damaged package then take photos that clearly show the damage. For damaged claims, you’ll also need to provide an estimate of the repair costs from a reputable dealer. Keep the damaged package to yourself until the claim is settled.

  • Enter your tracking number & shipping date to start a claim.
  • Enter the package information and the reason for your claim.
  • Enter the address information and claim details.
  • Describe the items that were lost or damaged. You can ass up to ten items per claim.
  • Select the reason for filing a claim.
  • Upload proof of value, only .pdf and .jpg files under 2 Mb size can be uploaded as attachments).
  • Give the claim a nickname to identify it easily.
  • Now you can either “Save a Claim” or Choose “Preview” to submit a claim.
  • You must review the claim properly before submitting it.
  • Submit the claim if it looks error-free.
